preparation Instructions
For best results, keep frozen until ready to cook. Product should be cooked thoroughly to at least 165° F. Refrigerate any leftover product. Do not refreeze.
Microwave (preferred option)
Place the package in the microwave with the STEAM VENTS FACING UPWARD (back side of the package facing up). Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes or until product is cooked. Carefully remove from the microwave, and be sure to avoid any hot steam that may escape from the bag.
Stovetop
Add 1 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil to a nonstick pan. Pour the contents of the packaging into a large nonstick pan. Cook over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes or until cooked, stirring occasionally.
