1 (10oz) bag PuraVida Flame Grilled Fajitas Rajas
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, halved
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp fresh basil leaves
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, dried Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Reserve 2 tablespoons of marinade and set aside. Add chicken to the bowl and let it marinade for at least 20 minutes. Lay chicken on baking sheet in an even layer and roast for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil and grated parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
