Primavera Mistura Ricotta Tart

 Ingredients 

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

1 10-ounce bag PuraVida Foods Primavera Mistura, thawed

1/2 cup ricotta

3/4 cup grated parmesan

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 garlic clove, minced

3 large eggs

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions


    • Step 1

      Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Gather ingredients.


    • Step 2

      In a large bowl, whisk together ricotta, parmesan, cream, garlic, eggs, salt, and pepper until smooth.


    • Step 3

      Lightly dust a counter with flour and lightly roll out puff pastry. Place pastry in a pie tin and fill with ricotta filling and PuraVida Foods Primavera Mistura. Bake for 30 minutes or until the filling is set.


    • Step 4

      Cool slightly then serve warm. Enjoy!
