Many of our products are certified Kosher under the Orthodox Union (OU) and display the OU symbol on packaging. However, our Vegetable Mélange is no longer certified due to production scheduling challenges. Current Kosher products include Flame Grilled Fajitas Rajas and Flame Grilled Adobo Street Corn.

Our Fire Roasted Vegetable products are not run on shared gluten equipment. However, wheat starch and ingredients with potential gluten may be present in our facility. Under FDA’s gluten-free labeling rule, wheat starch is allowed if the final product contains less than 20ppm gluten. Please consider this when deciding based on your sensitivity.

We have a strict Food Allergen Control Program. Equipment is not shared with peanuts, tree nuts, or sesame. We also undergo Safe Quality Food (SQF) audits and testing to ensure effective cleaning and allergen management.

We contract local farmers in California and follow strict FDA regulations. Pesticides are used sparingly, only as needed, and washed off in our high-agitation cleaning process before roasting. We do sometimes use organic crops but carefully assess safety, especially with root vegetables.
