1 (10oz) bag PuraVida Foods Flame Grilled Fajitas Rajas, thawed
4 yellow peaches, quartered
1 head romaine lettuce, roughly chopped
½ cup goat cheese, crumbled
White Balsamic Vinaigrette
¼ cup white balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp honey
Salt and pepper, to taste
Gather ingredients. Make white balsamic vinaigrette by combining vinegar with honey in a blender. While the blender is on, slowly add in the extra virgin olive oil. Set aside.
Cut peached into quarters and remove pit. Grill on medium high heat, on both sides until char marks appear
Drizzle with the white balsamic vinaigrette and sprinkle crumbled goat cheese on top. Enjoy!
