1 PuraVida KidsLifeTM Teriyaki Chicken Fried Rice Bowl

4 large eggroll wrappers

Water, as needed (to use on edges to help seal the eggrolls)


Peanut Dipping Sauce

1 cup creamy peanut butter

½ cup coconut milk

¼ cup rice vinegar

¼ cup sweet chili sauce

2 tbsp water 

2 tbsp soy sauce

Juice of 2 limes 

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp fish sauce



  • Step 1

    Preheat air fryer to 350°F and cook PuraVida KidsLifeTM Teriyaki Chicken Fried Rice Bowl according to the instructions on the package. Set aside and let cool. Evenly divide the contents of the bowl between four eggroll wrappers.

  • Step 2

    Use your finger to wet the edges with water and roll wrappers into eggrolls..

  • Step 3

    Place in air fryer and cook for 25 minutes, flip halfway through. While cooking, make peanut sauce by whisking together all ingredients in a small bowl.

  • Step 4

    Remove eggrolls from air fryer and serve with peanut sauce. Enjoy!
