12 oz Defrosted Frozen Shrimp 26/30
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Granulated Garlic
½ teaspoon Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Lettuce Cups
8 each Butter Lettuce Cups
1 bag (10oz) PuraVida Saffron Brown Rice Paella
½ cup Crushed Plantain Chips
¼ cup Chopped Italian Parsley
1. Gather Ingredients
3. Season shrimp with spice mix. Bring a sauté pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and shrimp.
3. Reduce heat to low to medium heat and stir in brown rice paella.
4. Arrange butter lettuce leaves on a platter and add the shrimp brown rice paella mixture on top. Drizzle with roasted red pepper dressing (Recipe on Primavera Burrata Summer Salad) and garnish with chopped parsley and crushed plantain chips.
