Chile Fried Egg with Couscous

1 bag (10oz) PuraVida Mediterranean Couscous

½ cup Hummus

4 tablespoons Crumbled Feta

4 tablespoons Chile Crisp Oil

2 each Large Egg

  1. Gather ingredients.
  2. In a medium nonstick pan, heat chile crisp oil and add egg. Cook to preferred style.
  3. Heat couscous per instructions on the bag.
  4. Assemble the plate, spread ¼ cup hummus per plate, top with couscous and then the chile crisp fried egg and finish with crumbled feta cheese.
