Preheat the oven to 400F.
Using a paring knife, scoop out the inside of the PuraVida Fire Roasted Brussels Sprouts. Set aside the inner portion to use in the filling.
Chop the fresh basil, garlic and Brussels sprout trimmings and add to a bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix together.
Spoon the mixture into brussels sprouts shells and place on a baking sheet.
Bake the stuffed Brussels sprouts for ~15 minutes or until mixture golden and crispy on top. Enjoy!
